Is This the Right Stuff?
I was looking online for Ivermectin, and came accross this:

I was wondering, is this the right stuff? Should I buy a smaller tube? I´m a bit clueless when it comes to dosing cavies with this stuff. I´ll be checking the Guinea Lynx pages too.

Yes, that is the paste. Instead of the paste, I would get the injectable and get your hands on a needled syringe to draw some out.

No. The injectable can be administered orally or topically too. It is just the same stuff, only more concentrated. You might want to read the whole page on ivermectin for an explanation. (click on Guinea Lynx button above and select "Ivermectin" from the menue).
I have the injectable and use it either orally or topically (I don´t do injections --).

Peter, I just dosed my pigs myself for the first time with the liquid Ivermectin.
I was very concerned that they get an accurate and safe dose, so I followed Lynx´s directions to the letter. It is actually much easier than it sounds. I had no problems at all, once I found someone who could add 2 + 2 to check my math, as I am notoriously bad with numbers! That was a few days ago and the pigs are scratching noticeably less already.
Good luck!
