Colloidal silver
I've read many links, which are old, on the use of colloidal silver, just curious if opinions are the same now. Past opinions have mostly been I'll advisable, if anyone would like to chime in their thoughts, that would be great. I wouldn't ever use anything without consulting my vet first. Our vet is considered one of the best in our area.
Thanks soo much

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) ruled in 1999 that colloidal silver products were not considered safe or effective. Being a chemist, I stand by this. Despite that it can kill certain germs by binding to and destroying proteins, it gets deposited into organs such as the skin, liver, spleen, kidney, muscle, and brain, where it causes serious damages, which outways the meager benefits.
