Big move coming up and we don't know how best to do this. We'll be flying cross-country and carrying them on-board will probably be too much work with everything else going on.

Options we're considering (but admittedly don't know too much about yet):
- Some sort of overnight shipping option (?)
- Transporting them ourselves in a few months when we fly back
- Paying some sort of courier service to fly them soon

Your thoughts, experiences, and advice are mucho appreciado!

Thanks!!!

Since this board has been around for 20 years, some of the information may be out of date. Do what you can (also) to find feedback on various airlines (if that is what you choose) so you know if some airlines have issues.

If it is still the heat of the summer, you need to consider temperatures.

From where to where are you going?

How many piggies? Are they paired together and can they travel in one carrier? Where are they moving from and where to? Maybe someone can drive them for you?

Two piggies. Paired together and can travel in one carrier. From LA to NY. No driving option I know of :\.

Oh man. If you were a bit further north, I would transport them for you. All you would need to do is pay for half the gas. I'm driving from Reno to upstate New York in November for Thanksgiving anyway.
