My sympathy to you. I’m so glad he had that extra year after you reached out to get advice about his health issues. And I’m sure he was comforted in your arms when he passed. Take care of yourself and his brother. I hope you find him a pal.

ACC of NY has so many because idiots thought they were an easy animal to take care of, and just dumped them. I wish I could take them all, but I found a cagemate that I hope works out. I will keep him in his own cage during the bonding process, and hope it works out. I will now end this thread, and I hope it will help someone down the line. Should I change the title to Hyperthyroidism?

You should start a new topic for him if he doesn't have his own medical topic and you want to talk about medical issues. I would include his name in the topic title.
